Balanced Being is a three-month immersive women’s wellness program designed to cultivate steadiness, connection, and intuitive nourishment. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, this series offers supportive tools for your body, mind, and spirit through every season of life.
Guided by Sasha Munson, Certified Ayurveda Counselor
Led by Sasha Munson, whose lifelong yogic practice and Ayurvedic training create a deeply grounded, heart-centered experience. Sasha weaves breathwork, mindful movement, creativity, and holistic guidance into each session.

What Is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural healing from India that teaches us how to live in harmony with our unique constitution and with nature’s rhythms. Through mindful movement, breath, nutrition, rest, and seasonal routines, Ayurveda helps us restore balance and deepen self-understanding.
How It Shapes Balanced Being
Ayurvedic principles are woven throughout the entire program. Together we explore:
Foundational self-care
Seasonal cycles and daily rhythms
Digestion and nourishment
Nervous system support
Transitional phases of life
Practices for grounding, clarity, and intuitive connection
