Sasha Munson

As a third-generation yogi, Sasha has been immersed in yoga for my entire life. What began as a family tradition has grown into a deep personal calling to share these practices with others. Over the years, she has developed a teaching style that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative practices to support both body and mind.

In addition to teaching yoga, Sasha holds a certificate in Ayurvedic Counseling, which allows her to guide students and clients in cultivating balance through personalized lifestyle practices, nutrition, and self-care rituals. Sasha specializes in creating classes and programs that help people slow down, reconnect, and move with greater intention.

For Sasha, yoga and Ayurveda are not just practices - they are tools for living with awareness, compassion, and ease. It’s her passion to help others discover what these traditions can bring to their own lives.
