Consider It means to think about something carefully. At our studio it represents a mindful approach to life and wellness encouraging intentional reflection, empathy, and thoughtfulness in every action. It emphasizes considering oneself, others, and the environment with respect, gratitude, fostering a sense of community, purpose, and personal growth.

Studio etiquette is showing mutual respect for your yoga community.
Classes begin and end on time. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
We encourage you to show up early! Give yourself enough time to check-in, lay your mat down, and settle into the space.
Please be mindful that upon entering the studio room, silence is observed.
Leave your phone with your belongings and on silent in the cubbies outside the studio room. Doors are locked during classes for your safety.
When class is finished, please leave the studio room quietly as some practitioners may stay in meditation.
When walking around the studio floor, please don't step on other people's mats.
Return all props neatly where you found them.

We have parking adjacent to the building along Edgar Street, with additional parking across Edgar Street in the church parking lot. Parking is not permitted by the murals. We also have bike racks for the bike riders!

We offer heated and non-heated classes, suitable for all levels and kinds of practice. Our current yoga classes include vinyasa, power, Jivamukti, restorative, yin, gentle, slow flow, yoga nidra, and a combination of the above. See more here.

Yes, we offer discounts to military, first responders, additional family members, and teachers. Please see us in person to inquire for details.

If you don't show up to a class you signed up for you will be charged $15. Of course, life can get in the way. If there is traffic, an emergency or an illness, please call us and let us know and the fee will be waived.

We have blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, sandbags, and myofascial tuning balls. You should bring your own mat, towel (if needed), water bottle, and any additional props not provided by the studio. We have filtered water available and we rent out mats and towels as needed.

We do! Ask your instructor if you need to borrow a yoga mat or towel.

What you need to wear varies based on the class you take, but generally wear clothes that you can easily move around in that are comfortable with the temperature of the room. Plan to practice barefoot.

Our heated classes are hot—they range from 88-92 degrees. We have a system of infrared heaters that provide many benefits to your practice. You are encouraged to drink plenty of water before and after a hot yoga class. If the heat isn't for you, don't worry! We offer many non-heated classes as well!
