Find your strength and power with this hybrid class. Dynamic Sculpt mixes hand held weights and cardio bursts to traditional yoga postures. Set to a fun, upbeat soundtrack, we'll move with the music for a 10-minute warm up, followed by 30 minutes of strength/cardio, and finishing with a 15-minute traditional flow/Savasana.

'The practice is the teacher' This Rocket yoga class is a led self-practice based on the Ashtanga vinyasa yoga system created by K. Pattabhi Jois. It is a set sequence of yoga postures beginning with 5 sun salutation As and 3 sun salutation Bs then incorporating hand balancing, standing and seated asanas linked with traditional 'vinyasa' transitions between sides ending with back bands and inversions. The sequence is kept in order so that students can measure their progress of how each shape affects them each time they come to the mat. Blocks are always enouraged and there are modifications offered for different paths students take to achieve their individual full expression of the postures.

Looking for a "one-stop-shop" class? Look no further! In this combination Vinyasa + Yin (aka. VinYinasa), you will get movement, deep stretching, and relaxation all in one. Each practice will begin with a strong vinyasa flow for 30 minutes, continue with 25 minutes of deep tissue stretching, and end with 5 minutes of relaxation. It's a bite-sized version of all your favorite things, combined in one tidy offering!

Attention is given to safe alignment of yoga postures and breathing techniques. A perfect class to reset while improving strength, flexibility, balance and focus. This class will conclude with a 10 or 15-minute Savasana and meditation. Suitable for all levels; flexibility and prior yoga experience are not required.
