Month One of the Self-Discovery Series: Uncovering Our Values to Live Authentically

This series invites you into a thoughtful exploration of your core values and how they shape the way you live, choose, and show up in your life. This workshop is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most—so you can move forward with greater intention and authenticity.

Through guided self-inquiry, meditation, and reflective exercises inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you’ll explore your relationship with your thoughts and emotions while learning to meet them with awareness rather than resistance. ACT emphasizes understanding and acceptance as a foundation for meaningful, values-aligned change.

You’ll be supported in a warm, community-centered space as you reflect on where your life already aligns with your values, where there may be opportunities for deeper alignment, and what intentional, measurable commitment you can make this month to live in closer integrity with what truly matters to you. You’ll leave feeling empowered, grounded, and equipped with practical insight you can carry into daily life.

This workshop is co-facilitated by Cody Star Mulliner, LCSW, and Erin Tyson, LMHC. Cody specializes in trauma therapy, emotional regulation, and self-empowerment, and is also a registered yoga teacher who integrates mind-body connection work into both her clinical and yoga practices. Erin specializes in navigating life transitions, processing grief, and improving relationships, and is a registered yoga teacher who weaves self-awareness and mindfulness into her clinical and yoga work.

Together, Cody and Erin bring a compassionate, grounded, and integrative approach that bridges therapeutic insight with embodied practice, creating a supportive space for meaningful self-discovery.
