In this calming 75-minute class, you’ll begin with 45 minutes of gentle movement and mindful breathwork to release tension and bring peace to your mind and body. Following the movement, settle in for 30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation, a deeply relaxing practice that allows you to unwind completely and renew your energy.
