All levels are welcome to join this 2 hour fun and funky journey into the heart, hips, and hammies. We break the poses down with the use of props, the wall and some partner work.
Indulge in this class with a friend or a partner or, most importantly, practice self-love and do it for yourself!
Let’s come together this Valentine’s Weekend to lift our hearts to love and enjoy a delicious evening together.
We’ve timed this workshop for February 14th from 4:00-6:00 pm to make this the main event or the appetizer for any other plans you may have.
