Tina began practicing yoga in 2001, first drawn to it for the physical benefits. Over time, she discovered the deeper gifts of the practice—an opening of the heart and a path inward that continues to shape her life. In 2019, she earned her 200-hour RYT certification from the Dallas Yoga Center and fulfilled her dream of creating a home studio, offering students an intimate and welcoming space to practice.
Her teaching style is gentle, nurturing, and deeply supportive, guiding students inward through Yin, Somatic Healing, and Therapeutic Yoga. Tina also shares Recovery Yoga in her community, helping others explore the mind-body connection through the lens of healing and addiction awareness.
Outside the studio, Tina is a Birth Doula and a proud grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters—roles that continue to inspire her practice of compassion, presence, and care.
